Some theorize this has weakened his over all power, putting /a/ in the lead of the power struggle to become the next hokage

I'm a professional and I can tell you that most of these things come passively or naturally.
The hardest thing about playing support is your ability to track the enemy jungler and enemy patterns. Timestamps make up for memorizing times and ward locations are easy enough to memorize.
The hardest part again, is reading enemy pathing which is what your carry doesn't have time for.
Everyone can do these... Everyone, the only thing is support -should- have no excuse to not doing this while the other lanes merely need to worry about their own lane ( Unless your jungler or mid.)

visage is built. tiamat and morello's are way too situational. soul shroud is built in poke comps and sometimes on supports if shurelias isnt needed. tenacity items are in this weird place cause they're small and cheap, and usually people just trade their boots out for mercs lategame if they really need it. moonflair against veigar is op though.
