That's a shitty way to define tank. You can't be a tank if the enemy can just decide to focus the squishy ones before you. Tank needs a mechanic that either outright forces the enemy to autoattack you (like Axe's taunt) or makes ignoring him extremely detrimental. Think of how Enigma channeling his blackhole or SK channeling his epicentre are extremely detrimental to be ignored. They aren't tanks though because they don't want people to disrupt that.

WR in comp play now is usually placed mid/solo side lane to farm a mek/force staff and be more of a utility hero with already good damage.
It used to be built because people wanted the bonuses the perseverance gave and a lot of damage early for a good price.
Another reason for it not being done in DOTA 2 is because no one built it yet, if someone will do it and win all the pro players will do the same.

Void wasn't that bad, but I prefer more active attacks. Two of his abilities are a passive chance to stun and a chance to dodge. Not to mention that time freeze Ult can catch any and everyone.
Omniknight just feels like complete shit though.
I also tried Doombringer, failed miserably until I realized I can devour wolves and get abilities. I kept trying to devour ancients or just regular creeps. He was cool but I wouldn't main him. I could never use his stun because of the level lock.

Nope, just be within Last Word range to steal 1 intelligence when an enemy hero dies.
If you are the killer, then you steal 2, but you still have to be within range of last word (Threw a glaive at someone who blinked or force staffed or something the other other day, the glaive followed them and killed them but no intel for me)

I usually just silently lol i 4x4 report u if i come across shitty people (which does not include mere shitty players). I get the "one or more people have been banned" message about 50% of the time after i start the game.
