2013-03-10 02:02 6005424 Anonymous I have a question (you don't need a wetterfrosch.jpg 1280x960 187kB)
For those who object to "misogynist language" and "bullying": I am exposed to hateful language directed at me and bullying on a daily basis. What makes you better and more deserving of peace of mind than me?

I don't think you don't deserve peace of mind and I wish you didn't have to go through that.

>>6005436 If I can deal with it, why can't you

>Bullied very frequently all through school >Made me into a stronger person >Taught me to shrug off what most people say >Taught me to fight >If I had never gotten bullied I'd still be that pasty scrawny nerd kid I'm thankful I got bullied

>>6005449 Look at how well you turned out after having to deal with it. I'd rather the rest of society not end up like you.

>>6005462 This. Bullying is just a process for weeding out the weak. One of the few we have left.

The damndest thing is, you shouldn't ignore the people who treat you the worst. You should listen to what they say because your critics are the ones who are the most honest. ear what points they make and then correct them. Disregard them as people and think of them as trash if you please, but they can actually be valuable for letting you know what your flaws are.

>>6005462 >mfw I was a bully and I was always scrawny >mfw I'm still scrawny you can bully people without beating them up

>>6005462 No not really. I dropped out of school because of that shit. It didn't help me, pretty much the opposite since I'm still browsing here even being near my 40s.

>>6005449 you said you don't have peace of mind so you're not dealing with it

>>6005581 >You should listen to what they say because your critics are the ones who are the most honest. Maybe that works when you're an author but I don't think people shoving you into puddles for fun have a very valid point.

>>6005462 I know, I am really grateful to anyone who has ever bullied me in my life.

>>6005633 >He never learned to shove back!

24 min later 6005735 Anonymous
>>6005633 Yes, hate them and fight back by all means, but my entire point was listen to their verbal criticism. People made fun of me because I was short for instance. I stopped feeding my short man syndrome and thinking so much about height and didn't carry that tension around with me. The comments spontaneously vanished when I did this. Once people got one more shot in and I took it well they rarely bother and it doesnt become such a big deal for myself and others around. They knew I had that insecurity and tension and so it was like they were attacking that. Do you follow what I'm saying?

>>6005424 >For those who object to "misogynist language" and "bullying": What does "object to" mean? If it means "disapprove," then I do object. If it means "wanting ban offensive language" then I actively don't object. >I am exposed to hateful language directed at me and bullying on a daily basis. Cry more bitch nigga. >What makes you better and more deserving of peace of mind than me? Victim complex detected. >>6005462 >I'm thankful I got bullied Most of the kids that I remember got bullied during my childhood ended up losers. Doesn't work for everybody. >>6005536 >Bullying is just a process for weeding out the weak. So edgy. >>6005581 You're right. If someone really gets to you, they probably have a point.
