It could do, its populations are predominately youthful and the young people are getting pretty fucking sick of the old authorities.

old people are what's keeping every country from moving forward.
can't wait for all these old and retarded politicians die together with their old and retarded views on the world.
they have no fucking idea how the internet works and yet they make laws deciding the internet's fate(for example). they don't understand it and they are too old to care. they just fuck everything up for the generations to come.

it's true though for most old people. especially with the ones currently active in politics. most of them don't know how the world works. we have had huge advancements in technology in the last 20 to 30 years and old people just dont catch up with that while as a teenager this technology is what you grow up with. just look at how many people older than 30 are pretty much computer illiterate. and dont forget that we pretty much live in an age where technology has penetrated literally every part of our lifes(especially with the whole spying on everyone thing). we need people who actually understand this and not some old hags that knows what's best for a generation of people that grew up in totally different circumstances.
also keep in mind that the youth does grow up in very different circumstances than old people. old people grew up in the post war era where still many people were very conservative. this has shaped who they are. they are arguably less open to things than the youth.

Afghan isnt the middle east OP
It counts as Asia
Also the causes for this is mainly the invasion of Russia in afghanistan and the Islamic revolution in Iran during the 70's and the Iraq - Iran War

Well, to be fair, these were the wealthiest of the people from the Middle East during the 60's - and wealth was always correlated with Westernization during that time because more than quite a few of the wealthy Middle Eastern nations were propped up by Western governments. In fact, it was that excessive wealth being connected with their Western-ness in the minds of the populace. on top of the horrors that the Western dictators in charge of these countries at the time inflicted, that helped to quickly move along the enraged fundamentalist populist revolutions in the first place.
Of course, now the overall situation for the region is worse because said revolutions were quickly overtaken by extremely right-wing theocrats who were even more vicious and cruel than the original Western-backed dictators.
But it's not all bleak - the possibility for the Arab world to get itself out of its current rut is still there. The problem is that every time we see a genuine revolution with democratic ideals pop up, one that isn't a sham being thrust by a Western nation but a real uprising for social reform within the culture, it gets quickly overrun by crazy fundamentalists who want to put in place a new government even more horrible than the one already there (see Egypt and Syria for very recent examples).

How many people here want to write but can’t even understand and respect the other sex? No wonder so much bad literature is produced, since the majority of people with ambition to be writers are teenager who are afraid of girls and threatened by their sexuality.

we are lit
we irrationally hate muslims because the christian conservative news media tells us so
we completely fail to see that the notion of sharia law is not all that different from our own reactionary viewpoints
if the ultra-nationalist Grey Wolves seized power in Turkey tomorrow we would be probably bust our american flags and march through the streets chanting "Let Freedom Ring!"
We see no problems or contradictions with the Truman doctrine
We have never heard of Mossadegh or Allende but we assume they were anti-American (and therefore bad)
Wake up sheeple
