I'm Mtf and my T-Level is 0,07 ng/ml while the normal female range is 0,08 - 0,48 That means I'm at the lower range and I'm worried this will make me depressed in the long run. My tolerance stamina wise is very low. I almost can't do sports. The problem is I already take the lowest possible dose of cpa being 2,5mg (10mg tablet split 4 times) My e level is 118 pg/ml which isn't very high. Could cpa cause this? I'm pre-op and didn't get an orchy so far so I'm hesitant in quitting cpa completely because of the rebound effect some people report about.

>>4010517 You'll be fine. Low testosterone isn't much to worry about but yeah, your E is slightly low. I was at about that for a few months and they raised my estradiol dosage. You're referring to cyproterone acetate, right? I certainly wouldn't stop taking your AA until your balls are gone at least.

>>4010562 Everybody is different, different body chemistry and all. I need 300mg of spiro to keep my testosterone down.

>>4010517 If 2,5 mg cypro kills your T, then you need to test yourself for intersexuality or *AIS (PAIS/CAIS), since that would mean that you had near-zero T to begin with. However, pills are usually absorbed in 2 hours, so the best place to get your T measured is before you take your morning AA dose. Also discontinue any other AA (spiro/fina) you might take, or ask your doctor about downgrading to Spiro, maybe consider an orchi. Your E levels are fine, though, if it's in pg/ml, and not pmol/ml, since it's in the normal adult cis female range in most of the menstrual cycle. >>4010562 I'm that kind of person, I haven't had my T measured in ages, but then it was 0,17 ng/ml

I got chomosome analysis for intersex conditions and I'm not. My T-level before hrt was 5,98 ng/ml so in normal male range. I just heard that for some people cpa is too effective killing all sexual urges, making you weak and depressed. >However, pills are usually absorbed in 2 hours, so the best place to get your T measured is before you take your morning AA dose. thanks for the hint I think I'll try this next time >Also discontinue any other AA (spiro/fina) you might take, or ask your doctor about downgrading to Spiro, maybe consider an orchi. I don't take any other AA's I just was on spiro before cpa and I hated the dehydration. Maybe givin gnrh-analogists a try orchi sounds scary... >Your E levels are fine, though, if it's in pg/ml, and not pmol/ml, since it's in the normal adult cis female range in most of the menstrual cycle. thx for your input

>>4014118 > GnRH agonists They are WAY stronger than CPA, and you need something weaker than it. GnRH agonists are recommended for those where extreme doses of spiro or CPA would be required. > Not having your hormones measured at morning before meals. You're endo a shit. > Orchi sounds scary Wait, you're non-op? Orchi is a fun way to get rid of AAs and their side effects for good. Especially if you had over one year of HRT, since your tissues won't shrink anymore, and you'll be fine for SRS. (At least according to my SRS surgeon.) Small cut, can be done in spinal or local anaesthesia, on an outpatient basis. Losing your balls will also mean less hassle when tucking.
