Is one sexually repressed if they avoid having sex with people they just met? Avoiding hook-ups and the like and just want sex in a committed relationship?

>>3019430 no lmao >Sexual repression is a state in which a person is prevented from expressing their sexuality. Do you feel guilty about your sexuality/thoughts of sex? Do you barely want sex even under certain conditions (ie. in a mongamous relationship)? If you've answered no to the above, it's not sexual repression. Some may see it as prude because people are accustomed to hookups and such now, but that's about the extent of that.

>>3019430 It depends more on the "why" than the "what". It doesn't matter that you are avoiding sex with people you just met, WHY are you doing it?

>>3019455 >>3019460 I don't feel guilt or anything but I like the idea behind commitment. It just seems more arousing to do it with someone you plan on doing it to yet again and again. Is it wrong to find it sexually arousing to want a commitment ?

>>3019469 No nothing wrong, and not repressive in the least. Do what works for you and the rest is history.
