ITT: weed legislation in your country I live in Lausanne (Switzerland) 99% of the year, but I still can't figure out if I'm allowed or not to smoke weed or not. Buying it sounds illegal, but you can grow up to 4 plants in a flat without questions. Btw here in France... Well we still can't decide if homos are allowed to vote so weed is still not debatable.

It's illegal here (in Virginia) but not mega illegal. Inside city limits cops will usually just take it, break whatever you were smoking with, and send you on your way. Some cops will arrest you though. I'd say a good 10% of the population smokes regularly though.

Illegal, hopefully it changes as the anti-prohibition lobby gets stronger around the world. Allowing for cartels to even exist, drug violence, deaths, destructing youngsters lives, and letting cartels market and promote drugs (increasing by x10 the consumption pre-prohibition) shouldn't be tolerated.

All the mafias are here (Tchetchenia, Russia, Colombia, The Sinaloa's cartel). A lot of drugs and illegal migrants to the US (afghans lately) enter the continent from there. We don't grow anything actually, there are no more plantations in Ecuador, or if there is, they represent nothing. >>8364267 Thanks buddy :3 As I said, we have two hopes for salvation 1)Buyers in the US/Europe get responsible and don't buy anything from cartels 2)US/Europe stop the retarded prohibition and definitely destroys the cartels this way

Everybody is like "yea, pot is so kewl", they don't question where it's from, and then you get in big trouble because you drink Nespresso rather than the Max Haavelar Starbucks. >>8364519 It may seem like small things indeed, but trust me if more people were like you that would make a huge difference! Regarding coffee, I know how Nespresso or Max Havelar supposed fair trade (even worse) manufacture their product... you may not believe me but the shit they market in Europe or elsewhere as "pure quality", colombian ecuadorian, are basically the bad parts and the rests of coffee mixed together. It may taste good enough to you because you're used to it, but you shoud taste really local coffee (or cacao) from Ecuador to see how huge the difference is.

>>8363684 Weed is fucking everywhere in the US, the legality becomes questionable depending on state. I live in Cali but I wouldn't go out and get high i public That said once you get a medical marijuana license (the procedure to get it is ridiculously easy, they don't check anything, they don't care if you're lying they will rush you in and back out with a license for $50) then you can buy fucking amazing quality pot at hundreds of shops all over the state and smoke it in private with impunity Seriously if you're a heavy stoner you should come here or to Colorado, I myself stopped because I couldn't handle it haha

What you do is you make regular brownies with cannabutter. http://www.420magazine.com/forums/c annabis-edibles/37701-cannabutter-7 -easy-steps.html Thats how I used to do it and it works well. The more, better weed you use the more potent the brownies, and you can make those suckers hella potent.

>>8364768 I tried it without weed once. It worked, but you need to tinker a bit with the quantities of everything. A friend of mine didn't believe you could actually do it, so we tested. It wasn't that good, but we didnt have all the ingredients.

Here in Helsinki most young people have tried cannabis once or twice but most don't smoke it regularly. Those that do are usually the poorer members of society and those that smoke daily are basically on welfare. Smoking regularly is frowned upon by most young people (except the ones that do it) but it isn't really stigmatized among young people. We have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs and most likely it's not going to change anytime soon. Though you can get away with a fine for small amounts. I smoke sometimes but it isn't that big of a deal for me. I usually get wasted instead.

Anything under an ounce is a misdemeanor in my state. It has just been legalized in two states but am unsure as to how their implementation is going. I think maybe 15 states have legal medical weed which all have a pretty loose system of who gets it. You find many cops here won't arrest people for weed, and I think this is because they themselves don't think it should be enforced. They will usually just take it and let you go. I myself was caught with it and the cop gave me a lecturing saying that I need to be more careful and then told me to be on my way.

The first two groups (usually) know how to behave, but people who haven't been intoxicated much just can't deal w/it sometimes. Happens to the best of us I guess.
