Something odd, is that they always invite some "mainstream/A" celebrity from México, while from the US they get nothing or some local Z celebrity.
I don't know how to say it, but for some major league football team from here; it is a big luxury to play even on the field of some highschool.

My Grandmother used to own a small apartment in Brownsville and staid down there during the winter, she normally lived in Minnesota but couldn't take the cold winters anymore. She liked getting cheap meds and booze from Mexico, there are some decent beaches nearby too.

Reynosa fag here. We cross the border to buy videogames, as here in Mexico buying them legally costs double. And you can only get them from fancy stores like Sanborns or Blockbuster. Normal department stores like Soriana don't sell them.

The problem is that US stores sell stuff at mexican prices, that is; the double of what they cost at the U.S.
And Blockbuster is still common here, Netflix and such services barely have some prescence here; and older people are dumb as fuck to make streaming services work, so they still rent.
Oh, Woolworth still exists in Mexico.
