There are a few, but they are relatively old already. Bayreuth, Lippstadt, Lemgo and Neubrandenburg are basically medieval planned cities. Jülich is partly a renaissance-type planned city, Erlangen, Karlsruhe, Mannheim and Ludwigsburg are baroque planned cities, Karlsruhe and Mannheim are also relatively big cities (350k people). Modern ones... Wilhelmshaven, Wolfsburg I assume, Eisenhüttenstadt and Hoyerswerda (both being from the GDR).
