It seems as though the latest update for the Facebook app on Android has changed it's terms. Now Facebook can record you on video without you knowing, at any time.

I understand it as a privacy violation, but the people are agreeing to it in a contract. They may be 'unaware' but that would be 100% their fault for not reading them.

Facebook for Android is well known to be spyware in the worst sense of the word. They log your GPS coordinates and now it looks like they are literally watching you. Point your browser to Facebook if needed, or make a link on your home screen. And remember to turn off location tracking in your browser.

looks like they're doing this so that Facebook won't get into legal shit because malicious apps violated peoples' privacy, not so Facebook itself can take pictures of you without you knowing.
