Time is relative to your tasks that you have when you wake up, whatever time that is. It doesn't matter if you wake up at 5 a.m. or 5 p.m., as long as you are getting 7-9 hours of sleep before you start those tasks, you're golden. Now if you have an evening schedule you will miss out on sun exposure, so that sucks ass, but not getting your workout in sucks ass too, what ever works for your schedule, time of day doesn't matter, unless you're looking to get sun exposure.
