Made this recipe, I am trying to cut but also eat healthy. I usually eat it as a pre work out meal. This is delicious, healthy and it tastes like pudding! It keeps me full all day long, too. - 250ml low fat milk - 40gr biological raw cacao (doesn’t have to be powder, a small 40gr bar is also fine) - 1ts honey (real and natural without added sugar) - Brinta/Quaker oats or any other natural oats (brinta gives it a pudding flavour or texture I think?) - 1 banana Put the milk in the pan, stir a few times until it seems hot enough to melt the honey and cacao. Add the honey and cacao and stir again. When these two ingredients have melted, add the amount of oats you like and stir again. I always add 50gr or more. A bit too much maybe but if you work out and continue eating healthy that will not be a problem. When your delicious oatmeal starts to boil and everything has turned into a heavy thick brown gooey mess, it is ready to be eaten! Put it in a bowl and place banana slices on top of it.

That is a terrible cutting recipe. Also not overly healthy, not terrible either No need for milk or honey on a cut. Banana's aren't really a great option either, not terrible, but not great.

OP's recipe is shit. Here is my recipe for a brotein brownie INGREDIENTS: >1 egg >spoonful of natty peanut butter >dash of cinnamon >2 scoops of whey brotein DIRECTIONS >mix all of that shit together into a batter >microwave until cooked personally I like to under cook it so that the center is uncooked and liquid so that it acts as a frosting also you can add shit to this easily >add a mashed up a banana >add some greek yogurt or cottage cheese to the batter mixture or as a frosting >grind up OATZ into flour and add it >toss in a handful of nuts to the batter >use milk to make it creamier if the cake is dry like a sponge you either over cooked it or are lacking in fat. Increase your eggs or peanut butter amount
