Eat/vaporise your THC and CBDs. Don't smoke anything. Spend an hour a day swimming in the surf if you are close to a surf beach. Do cardio. Wait.

The probelm is you, not the weed. I smoke before every workout, run, soccer game etc.. Weed doesn't make you lazy, being lazy makes you lazy

I don't smoke anymore but the best way to avoid the whole pothead/lazy thing is to smoke once a day (at most), get good and high and ride it out.

I do everything from vape to ice bong, i'm fine with that. But when i take a t-break and i want to clear my lungs of: tar, mucus, all dat shit, how should i do it? (all of the shit coming from cigarettes (which i meant cigarette smoke rather than weed smoke (my bad for not clarifying) 420blazeitfaggot)and i just quit smoking squares)
