I'm 6'7" so it really shows. Also hard at times to hit my caloric surplus (3700-4000 cal) when I work 60+ hours a week.

No place to keep milk cool during the day. I have been doing well enough, I figure 25 lbs in 6 months is quite good. I expect to put on a few lbs of fat so I don't mind. I wish I could take a year off and just focus on my diet & fitness

get a mass gainer. they got like 1200 calories in a scoop and you can easily put it in a protein shake or something.
getting that extra bit of fat on you will help you throw weight around in the gym. a 190 DL is pretty weak, especially at 6 months in.
