How can I attain this "Butterfly Ass" The day before competition I'm around 2%bodyfat. But no where near close to an ass like this. I squad, deadlift and legpress. But I can't seem to get my glutes to get more cut.

Funny because my caliper says 2%, then went to a doc and did a water displacement test, was a 2.6%. But hey trolls will be trolls. And thanks I'll try the bridges.

Post contest pics and which contest did you compete in. My roommate competes as an amateur. I'm privy to all his cycles and training as well as pre contest tips from a top trainer that was taught by hany rambod.
