Any vegetarians doing keto? I'm considering it, but is there a way to do it without my diet descending to eggs cheese whey and more eggs?

Vegetarian on keto? I didn't think it was possibly to make keto anymore harmful than it already is on the body.
I've got idea...
How about figure out what your macro-nutrient figures are and twitch them around to adjust to cutting, maintaining or bulking.... and never avoid food or do any random bullshit dieting ever again?

I am vegetarian for ethical reasons and have been for 6+ years. That's not changing. At the moment I am just going for the approach of getting enough protein and the right amount of calories.
I'm cutting at the moment, 6'3" 205lb 18% bf 17 y/o, getting 3000 calories a day and 160g protein. I'm very active (10+ hours of lifting a week and at least 45 mins of walking a day and up to 2 hours of running a week), Just wondering if keto would be a viable way to accelerate my cut so I can get it over with and make the best strength gains I can.

Keto is not harmful on the body.
>and never avoid food or do any random bullshit dieting
There are certain foods you should never consume, like soybean oil, bread, refined grains.

I'm not going to say if I reported you or not, because that would be against the rules, but... :)
