Keeps your elbows closer to your torso, decreasing the moment arm of the GH, and making the triceps/ant felt work harder to lift the weight

It weakens your pressing power and grip. especially in the triceps. There really is no reason you should ever want to reverse grip. if you want to focus more on the triceps just do close grip bench

never seen anyone do these on the incline? certainly flat bench rev grip for tris, delts and chest upper feel better than inclines to me
