So, /fit/, I want to lose a couple Kilos (Maybe around 10), but I have no idea how to do so, since I've never really payed attention to my weight. I've been drinking lots and lots of water (Drank about 3 litres today, and i've been awake for 3 hours). It's normal tap water at room tempreture. I've just finished eating a small apple for lunch. If I continue doing this, will I lose weight? If so, how long will it take? If not, how can I lose 10kg as soon as possible? All help is good.
