Hi /fit/
is it possible to set a strength standard on the big lifts using percentages of a lift?
For example :
Dlift should be 1.5 of the squat
Bpress should be 0.74 of the Squat
and so on?
Im looking for the best balance of strength overall, does such a table exist?
Thanks

Is good for giving you a ballpark idea. Don't take it too seriously though.

reach this and you'll look great and have balanced strength :
2 plaet bp
3 plaet squat
4 plaet dl

So for example i should try to get all of my lifts in the same category at around the same place in the scale (ex: all lifts around the middle of the novice category)

1pl8 is a good starting point.
.75 bodyweight is impressive.
Only when you OHP bodyweight do you become a man.
