pic is related but is not me. i just started going to the gym and i have read the sticky but what should i be lifting or what machines should i be working on to lose wieght. I have the diet part down just dont know how to lift

To lose weight, do lots of cardio with some lifting to keep some muscle mass.

You got a solid mass to start with, if you keep bulking and start lifting all that fat will turn into muscle. You are guna be huge brah, just take it easy when you start lifting cause even though you will have ungodly strength due to your mass your joints are going to be thin as nails. Don't listen to the trolls and do go mad, just bulk at 1k over your maintenance, eat what you want though as long as it fits your macros. GL BRO

its a gym called planet fitness they have a few weight sections but they are really small should i just lift weights for like 10 minutes and do cardio for the rest of the hour? also what is ss? i'm not drinking all that milk i hate milk

Drink shitloads of milk, plenty of oat based foods. Squats should be your main exercise. Thrown in some long distance cardio and you will be toned and hot in time for the summer.

i want to go to the gym for an hour every other day i went and did the treadmill for about 20 mins then i lifted some 5 pound weights but thats all i could do
