|3-10x|=79+8=87
now break it up like this:
3-10x=87 and 3-10x=-87
solving for the first one:
3-10x=87
-10x=87-3=84
x=-8.4

First one:
3-10x=87

x=-8.4
Second one:
3-10x=-87
-10x=-90

So x is -8.4 or 9

then
1/A = 2h (b1 + b2)
1/(2Ah) = b1 + b2

now let's say w = 2 and h = 2
V / w / h => V / 2 / 2 = V / 4
you can think of it this way:
(V/2) * (1/2) = V/4
or half of a half is a fourth
