Americans have really awful, obvious humour also an american woman gave me a dollar at the airport when I was young because 'she said she was going to give a dollar to the first blue eyed Irish boy she saw' wtf err, Americans are obnoxious, well meaning, and nicer than europeans, but more annoying stereotypes I live up to? I'm a drunken lech.

Europeans are really arrogant about stupid, hypocritical shit. Like how they get all up in your face about the metric system, and then express their weight in "stone." I don't really fit any American stereotypes. Almost everyone here is terrible.

>>8378905 >Shitty white bread everywhere Jesus fuck, this is 100% true. I can't even have a sandwich at a friend's house because the bread is always fucking gelatinous. Even the wheat bread here is so soft that you have to practically burn it in the toaster just to make it retain its consistency after you put some meat on top. Fucking disgusting.

>>8379063 I prefer wheat but Americans grow up on Wonderbread so it's synonymous with sandwiches for us. It's cheap, air-filled nothingness but that's what we've been eating since we could eat solid food so it the standard.

I'm American. I've always had this idea that Europeans are generally more soft-spoken, blessed with sharper tongues and accompanying wit, and are generally more attractive. I'm not talking "model-tier prettyboy" attractive, but a lot of features that are unattractive in Americans (thick necks, frog eyes, big noses) assemble themselves in a much more aesthetically pleasing way on Europeans. I'm scrolling down the thread, and I guess the ones I fit are-- >don't always get sarcasm or jokes But my family has always attributed that to me being tone-deaf and therefore unable to capture certain voice inflections that would normally indicate that they weren't serious. >shitty white bread >Jewish That's about it, I guess.
