All women can get the best men they'll ever get when they're under 22. After that, quality men can do FAR better looks-wise and will only stay around if they're pair-bonded. Meanwhile, men can get the best women they'll ever get at 30-45 (and older if they're very rich). At younger ages, a lot of guys are unattractive to women because they don't have their shit together and would be crappy providers. But if you play your cards right and are reasonably hardworking, ten years down the line you'll have a solid 60k+/year salary and your own house + a stable lifestyle, and will be perfectly confident around girls.
