If I had a choice I would only eat Havarti or fresh Mozzarella. I know it's a cheese but Havarti is like a mix of cheese and butter and it tastes so good and I love it.

If you can get your hands on some fucking Jarlsberg cheese, do so. The shit is amazing, Harris Teeter usually has some on sale or Ingles if you live in the southern US, It's like a more flavorful swiss, the more holes the better it tastes, the rind is also delicious (Just make sure you peel off the wax first.) This cheese is okay cold, but good god get it to room temp and it's fucking delicious.

There used to be a cheese called Le Migneron where I live. They changed something in it. It doesn't taste quite as good as it used to.
But now I think my favorite cheese is one called Caprice des Dieux. The taste is so light and smooth, the texture is soft and creamy, could eat it all day.
