What's something that intellectually interests you, robots? Why? I am personally fascinated by human biology and anatomy. I find it amazing that people are interested in silly little computers and circuit boards when we all carry 3 pounds around with us that can make sense of the entire universe. It's amazing how just perfectly everything works in the human body and how powerful it is when something does go wrong. I also like drawing because I think it's a fun way to explore any subject matter and explore what will get people to react

Neuroscience. Bitch be fascinating.

Physics I'm stupid but hnnnnnng fascinating as fuck

Astronomy, Physics and history. Goddamn those subjects are interesting. Don't ask me why history is on the tier of astronomy and physics.

>>5003040 You can't math either can you? I feels you robot.

I'm interested in everything as in I want to know everything there's to know about this but won't put in the effort. The subjects I am interested in as in I want to know and I am putting in the effort are psychology, philosophy, history, politics and some mysticism related shit. Fortunately was non-stupid enough to pick a college where I can actually get employed instead of studying something I love. ;_;

I used to be fascinated by fluid mechanics, and physics in general. Now I don't really care anymore, which is depressing. I only have shallow, fleeting interests now. I am just a passive consumer of information.

nothing compares to my fascination with medicine. It's a borderline obsession. I like the natural sciences and math but that kind of goes without saying. I also like philosophy, love technology, especially computers, and think programming is the most creative and practical application of pure logic that there is (i'm probably wrong about this, but my god, look at what we've taught computers to do, it's mind blowing)

>>5002977 psychology, i can read minds bitches quantum physics, really important stuff i can't see how someone can't not be interested. biology, philosophy, math originally wasn't great with math, worked at it and got better. web development is really cool too although i wouldn't consider it intellectually stimulating

>>5003051 Also dreams. Definitely dreams. If my town library wasn't beyond shittyshit I'd do the proper research, but this way I have to settle for a few yugoslavia years old books.

>>5002977 >carrying around 3 pounds that can make sense of the entire universe >make sense of the entire universe >entire universe Seriously OP, how's that hubris working out for you? For me, I really like cooking. The fact that people don't just eat for nutrition, but have made it into an art form, combining different things, sometimes found in different areas of the world, to make an even better meal. It amazes me and is one of my favorite studies.

Space travel and futuristic shit that involves leaving earth. It has gotten to the point that people think I've lost touch with reality. Space just really fascinates me and it sucks that we most likely won't be alive to experience any major advances in space travel.

Psychology >tfw we are able to understand why and how people think certain things goddamn that gives me a brain boner Also anything where you can take small details and make a larger picture out of it such as criminal profiling, blood spatter analyzing, etc.

Psychology. Specifically the mind. And mental disorders. Also the unknown info about the universe and reality (simulations and such).

machines, preferably those with gears and little to no electronics. Old machinery from the early industrial revolution makes me hard.

Goddamn, I'm going to sound like such a faggot for this, but the relationships between heroes and villains in comics. I'm really not joking, I can spend hours reading big villain stories and jotting down thoughts, ideas and interpretations of them, and then eventually form something of a thesis putting the commonly used ideas together and seeing what are the most prominent aspects of their relationship. I don't know why I have such fun doing this.

>>5003249 >people thinking one field of advancement invalidates another I'll admit I liked psychology more when it was about deductive conclusions ala Freud and borderline mysticism ala Jung over the today's I think you need these pills but that doesn't negate its value entirely.

I love learning about Japanese cuisine. The history surrounding various dishes, how to create them, the meaning and symbolism behind ingredients, proper etiquette, etc. Food in general is a fascinating subject to me. Don't you find it interesting that every single culture discovered ways to ferment their grain and get drunk off of it?

>>5003249 I think they're kind of different and used for different purposes. It's like an applied mathematician making fun of a statistician, or a painter making fun of a modeler. Psychology is generally used to more interpersonal applications, whereas neuroscientists are more for medical purposes.
