Opposite in canada, they'll let anyone drive, even legally blind seniors with a history of incidents in which they are at fault and chinese immigrants that think traffic laws are just guidelines. Getting a gun though, oh boy, prepare for 6 months of government background checks, licensing procedure and general run-around.
