There's been a lot of these surveys over the years and they're always inaccurate. One from a couple of years ago looked at 70,000 people from 18-50 and the mean male number of female sexual partners was 9, whereas the mean female number was 4. Obviously this doesn't work so either men, women or both were lying about the number of partners. Certainly the male number looks a lot more accurate.
