For those familiar with this nightmare of the fandom (those not look at the image) this is what's also known as "Chat's derpy fic...", or also "oh fucking god that derpy fics!" It's from the TCB series of fics, which in her version are all in a horrible misanthropic post-apocalyptic earth where almighty goddess of the realm of Equestria Celestia, who controls the fabric of spacetime and can move mountains by blinking, opens a portal to earth to slowly consume the rotten evil stinking place with the dirty damn apes crawling everywhere, and cleanse it in holy fire. The only hope is to drink a magic potion that will turn you into a perfect brainwashed happy pony incapable of wrong who cringes at swearwords and is completely loyal to Celestia. Oh, and this Celestia isn't supposed to be an antagonist, we're supposed to be rooting for her in these fics. But that's just the background. In this fic a human girl who is tired of the horrors her fellow monkeys have inflicted on each other wants nothing more than to be a happy smiling pony. But when she drinks the magic potion she becomes an alicorn and therefore gains all of Celestia's goddess powers, enabling her to also alter reality on a whim. But because that's supposedly dangerous for anyone except Celestia and maybe Luna, then she must be destroyed. By Celestia. The whole story is her being hunted by the supposedly noble goddess, evil humans who like to strip ponies of their flesh for sport, and other crap. But here's the dramatic twist ending! In a desperate move she uses her alicorn healing magic, a glass ball, a shotgun, and some guy from another terrible TCB fic, to blast off her horn and half her head and replace the part in charge of alicorn magic with the glass ball. Turning her into a normal retarded pegasus with glass balls as a cutie mark. Oh, and then the half of her head that got blown off reforms into a little unicorn filly. Then The Doctor shows up.

It's hard to be disturbed by it because after a while it just turns into a laundry list of edgy content. The scene where he drowns Pinkie is memorable, though.
