It was pretty good actually, but then I have a hardon for anything North Korea.
I read it in one 6-hour sitting, if that says anything.

Have you read Orphan Master's Son? It takes place in North Korea, horribly depressing, but a good read.
North Korea might be the worst place on earth.

Currently reading: The Sagas of Icelanders. Just finished Egil's Saga and it's really engrossing stuff. The family trees and relationships are very challenging though, more than anything else I've read so far.
Reading next: Probably Northanger Abbey (Austen) because I have to. It could change though.

So if it gets mixed reviews, why do you care about this guy's opinion? Is an anonymous post on 4chan somehow more credible to you than the amalgam of other reviews which come to no general consensus?
