cis-gay men: >Interested in me >Discover I am not gay >Accept this >Move on MtF >Interested in me >Find out I am not gay >Continue to hit on me anyway >Tell them I am not interested >Get offended that I am not gay Why do trannies think I am a bad person for being straight?

trannies see themselves as women. they think if they just act / look more feminine they'll get you. they don't realize that they're basically just a third gender.

>>7007788 That's your opinion. Stop trolling our board please. It's just infantile and obnoxious.

>>7008619 no, it isnt. Was she born with this real penis? Does she have a prostate gland? Is she intersex and is her penis just a giant clit? Penis transplant isnt a real penis and ftm penis surgery is an inflatable dildo and skin from their arms and thighs.

>>7009654 >they don't realize that they're basically just a third gender I mean, very few of them are convinced that they're the same as cis women. I actually think a third gender category would be pretty great. I am a trans woman, and I basically see myself as third gender. Of course I'm not the same as a cis woman. But I can't help but laugh when people call me a man, that category doesn't fit at all.

>>7009698 That's why anon said "hypothetically." For the purpose of the question they're supposing that actual penis transplant can be done. As an aside, just my opinion, but I think way too much emphasis is put on chromosomes and genitalia. Hormones are at the root of all dimorphism (including genitalia, and superseding chromosomes), and they make a person transition pretty solidly, even if it isn't perfect or going to make them beautiful af

>>7009733 and from a scientific objective approach i would agree, but even when a trans person can admit that they aren't really a woman, they still want to feel it. its a need. the same way a feminine gay still might want to hear that hes totes masc. or ugly people just need to hear they're actually attractive. even if they dont want it to apply ot everyone and can objectively say it doesn't apply ot them, they still want it. and i dont blame them., the whole point of trans is that you do want to be a cis woman. i wish more were like you and could understand the third gender bit, but the community as a whole seems against using that as their definition.

9 hours later 7009767 Anonymous
>>7009654 they dont realize that they'll never stop being their original gender, so straight men dont want them. even if their penis is really feminine.

>>7009757 >third gender bit Tbh though, non-binary people basically fit in a third gender cateogry. I mean in a sense, it is the case that we DON'T have a third gender because we have a binary instead. I'm curious about how many trans people identify as non-binary, but I think it's a significant amount. Remember that being trans is still a pretty new social/scientific phenomenon in terms of public discourse, so I trust we'll work it out

>>7009788 just the fact that its not being discussed yet is annoying. the same issue exists for people who enjoy traps/ftms. theres an argument about whether or not they're gay or straight. im gay and i can say im not attracted to trans mtfs. i dont even like dick, but im still gay, cuz i like guys. but that doesn't mean someone who likes MtF is straight either. they're a new third sexuality. but half of that issue is more the cultural problem with being not straight.

>>7009819 >they're a new third sexuality Tbh senpai the insitutionalizing of homosexuality as a "lifeway" rather than a behavior was part of an older Victorian trend of classifying and pathologizing the aberrant, and we're still DEEPLY involved in the implications of this. Instead of thinking in terms of homosexual, heterosexual, and "newsexual," I'd invite you to consider thinking about sexuality without regard to any of these labels. Behavior just is, and the words we try to put to them are a rough approximation if reality, but they can be very limiting and politicizing. Read Foucault's history of sexuality if you're interested in such a thing. I like your take on the whole "gay but I don't like dicks" thing that you describe. People view genitalia as the seat of sexual attraction... it's very flawed. Most of the time you are attracted to someone, unless it's porn, you don't even know what their genitalia look like. Like I like dick (don't really call myself gay OR straight, because I'm trans), but I'm not attracted to mtf really either, because I like the male body, not just dick. Good day to you, sir.
