Western culture is the way forward, but needs to be less tolerant towards cultures that directly conflict with its own.
Eastern Culture should gradually push towards being more western, but keep some principle values.
Georgia is very Eastern, but it's starting to become much more western by the year, mostly because of anti-russian sentiment and a willingness for euro-integration.
It's interesting seeing the culture evolve.
