i dont know about patagonia, best you can do is go some city near buenos aires, La Plata is the BEST answer, best fun is there and in Buenos Aires, which is half an hour trip, but la Plata is much comfy to live in, buenos aires is too caothic right now
and about the other stuff, again, i have normal money, im almost high medium class, and what i can get is second handed M from niggas (i always have a mate do that for me), or you can get great natural stuff from amateur home plants, and is, of scourse, much more expensive. i dont know how to get better quality, but of course there is a way
