>>9135858 I'm from the state of Morelos we have cool little towns you should also go to Puebla and Guanajuato they are pretty big cities with lods of things to do. Mexico City is full of hipsters and you should only visit it for the museums and historical value.

>>9135976 Cool I will definately look up some information. Are there any places where I can ride horses in nature (kind of a rare thing in my country) Better not go to Mexico City then I dislike hipsters. Unless is there a good museum about Mayas I am really interested in the culture

>>9135858 Mexico City is precious, only sub-humans from "provincia" think otherwise. You could be here 1 month and you won't be able to visit everything. For beaches I recomend Oaxaca beaches, it is quiet, those are nice semi-virgin and oaxacan food is the best. Hope you enjoy your stay!

>>9136068 There's the Museo Nacional de Antropología in Mexico City they got most of the pieces of aztec and mayan and other prehispanic cultures. You can ride horses and do other outdoor stuff pretty much everywhere you just need ti pick what kind of weather/things you want do to. i.e. Yucatan peninsula: mayas, cenotes, underground rivers, jungle. Central: Churches, convents, forests, aztec Chiapas & Oaxaca: Indio towns, sierras, indigenous culture, spiritualism.

Go to somewhere along the sea of cortez, it is like swimming in a bath.

>>9135858 I would like to visit there too. Laying in the beach with senoritas, drinking tequila, eating burritos and tacos, drinking sol and tequila and listening reggaeton all day, oh paradise.

Pro-tip, You need to stop at all checkpoints or your ass will get flooded with lead. Undercover Police cars are fake, don't stop. Carry a suicide pill if you get caught by a Cartel, unless you want to be conscious wile you are decapitated alive with a rusty blade after your penis has ben cut off and inserted deep inside your anus.

Also, Avoid looking foreign. Grow a growing a mustache, get a heavy tan and wear local clothing. Some Crocodile Skin Boots, a Tejana, a jacket with a Mexican flag, a tuced in dress shirt and you should be fine. Looking foreign makes you a bigger target for gangs, palm handlers, street vendors, corrupt municipal police, cartels... Only talk to state or federal police if you get in trouble.

>>9138097 The safest place I can think off is Nayarit, Mexico. A very beautiful place to visit, Look up Santiago Ixcuintla, it's a small turist friendly town free of cartel problems and close to the most popular beaches, cheap too.

1 hours later 9138550 Anonymous
>>9138326 Wey, what? It's full of Cartels right now in that state, the Templars, the Michoacan Familia, Gulf dogs still walk the zone.

1 hours later 9138592 Anonymous
>>9138097 Also Look up "Las Islitas" in Nayarit. It's a very popular place among locals, although not well known. Most well known places are ballshit expensive since it's turist oriented.

I once saw tv series about latin drug polices, I think in they were in Arizona, those cops seemed nice and relaxed. Too bad i don't remember the name of the series. It is amazing how much drugs they traffic and how many ways they have for trafficking it, tunnels and shit. And they were sad because many police bosses who started their career got murdered next day by cartel. This drug war seems very serious there.

1 hours later 9138916 Anonymous
>>9138646 Nice joke, Belgium, the Templars there are drug cartel dogs, you're better off not going there, if you want, coem to thr Northwest, both Baja Californias are awesome on their own, except Tijuana, which is a shithole.

>>9138967 Aye, over here in Baja California North, which is right next to US territory, by the way, is mightly different from the rest of Mexico, as in, our traditional food is Cantonese Chinese food. This city where I live, in particular has lots of Chinese culture and history, as they were among the first explorers to open business over here. We used to have 24 bars during the US prohibition which helped boom the city back then, and ever since we've received a lot of expos and such, the best time to come around here is august-september, but it's also hot as hell, with summers being 40-45ºC

>>9135858 >what is the best place to visit in Mexico ? Depends on what you want to see. The Riviera Maya is the beast beach front in all of Mexico. Cancun, Cozumel and Playa del Carmen. If you travel inland a bit it's filled with Maya temples and cenotes for you to swim in. http://www.flickr.com/photos/rganno n/7219854188/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/ramon_ morales/4138835031/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/vivike rmeci/6013572218/ Punta Mita and Puerto Vallarta are also really good. If you go to Punta Mita go to Islas Marietas it's cool as fuck. http://www.flickr.com/photos/stregi shotels/8401986349/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/609199 44@N05/8218933631/ Do not go to Acapulco or you'll get raped and murdered, then probably raped again. >I would love to visit one of your beautiful ranches and maybe Mexico-city Mexico city is only good if you want to go to museums. It has a shitload of them. The best in Latinamerica. It's also good if you want to see some lucha libre, besides that avoid it. If you wanna go horseback riding go to Jalisco. It's the state were the city of Guadalajara is in and it's the place were ALL Mexican charro/cowboy culture comes from. Tequila, mariachi all that good shit. http://www.flickr.com/photos/donpil ar/4623132501/in/photostream http://www.flickr.com/photos/donpil ar/5407124208/in/photostream http://www.flickr.com/photos/donpil ar/3277567257/in/photostream http://www.flickr.com/photos/donpil ar/3278388700/in/photostream ...and if you want colonial period Mexico go to Guanajuato/San Miguel de Allende.
