Why don't you brag a little about your city, /int/? What significant things has your area done? Floridabro here, here in St Petersburg, we hold the largest collection of Salvador Dali works outside of Spain, and the first scheduled airline flight took place here. Pretty cool for a mid-sized city

Richmond VA We were the capital of the Confederate States of America Before that, Patrick Henry gave his famous "Liberty or Death" speech here We have a 'lively arts community' (i.e. a bunch of hipsters) We're 3rd in the nation for PBR consumption per capita, behind Portland and Asheville We have a sizable river running through the city, which is fun during the summer Overall I'd say we have better history and culture than most mid-sized cities.
