Like any amerifat, I love food, and I'm interested in other cuisines. Sure I could just search
"<insert country> cuisine", but I thought I'd ask people themselves....
Tell me your favorite food(s) from your country.... +1 for for a pic as well

It's fine and dandy if you don't like it, but it's not gross.
And seriously, it's even a bit weird people not liking it, it's... it's... like, the seventh culinary wonder! (Okay, I'm exaggerating. But it's tasty as fuck.)

we do that, but in terms of food that originated from Scandinavia, we only have a few dishes because it's not a very fertile land. We have to import spices and many fruits.
A lot of food from Norway is fish (because it's available has Vitamin D, and norwegians don't get that much sun) plus meat and potatoes, like the swede mentioned.
One dish I can reccommend is Pinnekjott. It's lamb ribs that are salted and dried etc., it's really good meat when it's done.
