in montana, there are some areas which have no speed limit, but generally it going to be 65 mph, which is like 120 kph or some shit, always forget. its not like people actually obey it though....

110 km/h is the highest I've seen, but on a warm sunny day (I miss those...) plenty of people will go up to 120-130 without anyone giving a shit. It's entirely normal to get passed by a police officer on the highway if you're only going the posted speed limit.

>>7697194 He's right actually. Up in Montana they have many roads with the "Infinity" symbol. Basically the premise is they cant enforce the roads anyway. There are more people living in small cities all over the country than live in the whole of Montana. Its just vast expanses of nothing... and road. Brilliant. If you love driving and beautiful scenery, head to Montana for a weekend. >pic related Highway 49 in Montana. Theres no cops. Or people for miles and miles. But its not the wild west, nor is it dangerous at all, because the people out there are the nicest in the world.

In the whole country? No limit. In my state I think 65, but everyone drives ~80 on the freeway except a few places where it's enforced.

8 hours later 7703120 Anonymous
ON the streets with speed limit 50 inside a city 100 outside a city (non highway street) most times 120/130 on autobahn when enforced

130 kph (effectively 143 since you have a 10% extra margin) on some highways 120 on the others Inside a city it's always 60 unless it's a highway designed for high speeds, or 40 for smaller streets.

130 km/h but mostly we drive 150. There is an unofficial acceptance between the Police and the public about going just a little faster than what's allowed.

11 hours later 7705147 Anonymous
Normally, I guess 90 km/h but if you got a trailer I would say that it is 80 km/h no matter if you are in a 90 km/h zone

110km/h is the highest you can go on certain motorways. 100km/h is regular motorway speed 50km/h in cities unless stated otherwise.

By law, 100 km/h on the highways, but everybody goes 120 km/h on them because they're straight lines. It tends to be 40 - 60 km/h in cities.
