/int/ I think it's time we buy a house in Detroit. Let's go for this little burnt beauty. Currently selling for a high price of $1. http://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/9015-Prairie-St_Detroit_MI_48204_M33881-11896

Or maybe this one, again $1, but this time not burnt with only the windows and doors boarded up.

Fuck, this beauty was built in 1929, and has three bedrooms. Only downside is that it's fucking expensive at $55. We might need to get a mortgage for that.

I'm a property faggot in Australia. Here's the thing with Aussies owning property in the USA. First Ameribros are right these are back logged with crippling land back taxes, mortgage repayments, and some even public liability debt. It is all chain of title there, which carries previous owners bullshit. But also there's extra taxes for foreign ownership. And also we can only own property in about six states. Ohio is not one of them. I think Detroit also is off limits to foreign ownership. So all we can do is only dream of own a crack house ;_;
