Messmör is what you get if you don't cook the milk as long and use more cow milk than goat milk or something like that... Oh, and I think it's added sugar as well, whereas in the brown cheese it is not.

Im not a big rib person(not much meat) but I do love dry rub ribs.
I hate the fucking watery & sometimes thick ass sauce they put on it in some places. That shit is just nasty, I want to taste some god dam meat in my bites some some fucking sauce.
