No noticeable difference for me using my Gnex on CM10.1. Ran Quadrant yesterday with Seeder installed @ 1.7Ghz CPU, 512MHz GPU, no voltage changes and got 3111. Installed Lagfix, ran it, rebooted and re-ran Quadrant with the same settings and got 3000 and change.
