I use KDE; my panel functions as a dock AND a clock! So retro, I know. Everybody look at me, I still like functionality! I'm going to put my jester hat on now.

Because of some poor design choices such as a DE wihtout a desktop, no minimize button (!?), drag and dropping files copies them rather than moving them and a few others, but these are the things that bug me the most
