is there a workout where i can workout every day and have sunday for rest? i hate having to workout on only 3 days, so i want to better utilize my time.

>>22004548 day 1: Chest/tri: Bench, incline bench, flies, skullcrushers, dips day 2: back/bis: pullups (weighted if more than 8 reps), rows, deadlifts, dumbbell curls, preacher curls day 3: legs/shoulders/abs: Squats, OHP, front raise, lateral raise, rear flies, weighted decline situps All 3 sets x 5-8 reps, except for squats do 4 sets. Do the compound movements first, focusing on increasing the weights on those exercises before you kill yourself on the isolation exercises. Repeat x2 per week. After 6-8 months add another exercise per body part.

Find an upper/lower split, with two workouts per side. So upper A, upper B, lower a, and lower b goes like this for two weeks: AaBbAax BbAaBbx
