I was doing ohp earlier this week, and I think I fucked up my shoulders. Its like a mild joint pain. I was doing sticky version of reg parks, but because of this I've decided to remove ohp, and bench press for a while. Any way this can be fixed, and also what kind of routine should I be doing in meanwhile.

>elbows in front of bar
>deep breath
>bar at a slight angle from thumb to edge of wrist
>push bar straight up while leaning slightly back
>one bar clears head lean slightly forward
>exhale as slowly lower
