Maybe I should start ballet.. Hot chicks, most guys are gay so less competition, and you develop great balance and coordination

I have really shit calf genetics, so I've been trying different things to help mine along. Best thing I've found has been doing lots of calf raises, one leg at a time so not much weight needed at all. I do ~100 reps per day for each leg.

>>22003228 both? lots of reps I guess I'm assuming those are shoes. shoes are trivial at this point. it doesn't matter. my calves aren't as big as his but understand that ballerinas do tons of calve raises every rehearsal as part of other movements. judging by the age of pic he's probably still in school of just out which means he's been dancing for 4+years minimum. so no shit he's got big calves. make those babies burn. try jumo rope. baarbell calve rsises. seated calve machine. use a leg press machine to go for msximum weight. calves aren't gonna be easy to get quick but you should totally go for them. also try another activity that uses them. dancing or soccer ot running. I did the last two all high school and I had such calves before I let them go

mostly genetics, but you can somewhat make up for it with calf stuff. some people are just born with sweet legs
