Even if I wait 3 days before lifting again, I still have pretty noticeable doms that make it where I can't lift nearly as heavy. Therefore I have to wait usually 5 days before repeating a lift which I think is infrequent enough where I get bad doms again. What should I do?

Just fucking go anyways or don't over exhert yourself. Clearly you think you are stronger than you really are and dont know when to stop.....or you do way too many curls bruh.

If you've been lifting for less than 6 months you need to quit being a puss and work through it
