no mirin thead? well this just happened today. i take a week off every 2 months for recovery. >come back to gym after my week off lifting and cadio >relatively new gym, been open 2 and a half months >my first day back i always do the big 4 lifts and if i dont puke i do a few extras >start with squats then deadlifts, bench, OHP, tricept kickbacks, flies >from squats to ohp 2 really skinny dudes keep staring with a holy shit look on their face >out of energy but really want to do some pull ups. >pass by the owner of the gym who ive met a few times. >say hi and make some idle chat >he asks if im done and i say im just going to do some pull ups then finish >hes suprised and says that i lift really heavey for my size and asks how i still have energy >shrug and tell him i have to put in the extra effort after a week off >finish workout and leave feels good to be back in the gym and get a bit of confidence boost

Being a cardio fag probably doesn't improve his thoughts about me either
