I'm weak as fuck. After one month of SL5x5 I'm making steady progress, around 2'5kg each session. Yet both my squat and deadlift are around 40kg, and although I'm chubby, some muscle is already showing. And in a bigger form than most of the liftbros in my gym who more than double my stats. I'm afraid I'm doing everything wrong, and that I should add +30kg to each lift because I'm just wussing around in fear of breaking myself, when I could be able to lift way more. Is there any other weakfag, or is everybody here dominating Rippetoe at night?

at 32% BF I can do the following in sets of 5 after one week training: BP 70kg / 154lb SQ 140kg / 308lb DL 130kg / 286lb

That is shit tier lifts for that amount of time but keep going anyway. Slow and steady. Once it gets hard, deload for a bit then proceed progressive overload. It takes time but don't make the mistake I did of being a faggot trying to be cool and adding more weight than you can handle. For ages I did that and my form got worse and worse til I filmed my bench, and one side was dropping a lot compared to the other. So basically, massive muscle imbalance. Same with squat. Filmed it and saw I wasn't going to parallell and my lower back was rounding slightly. My point is, you need to trust the program and be consistent. Focus on your form above all else. That will really make all the difference when you start getting heavy, because you can save a shitload of time and injury if you have your body programmed to be safe. >>21007952 wouldn't listen to this faggot, he is probably e-statting or more likely has done a fair bit of sport or exercise before
