Hey /fit/
This is my first post ever on here but I have so many friends that use this to get fitness advice.
So I finally want to begin exercising on a constant basis, and just overall gain some muscle. I don't want to be a huge bodybuilder, but tips on how to get big bis and pecs and stuff like that would be nice
I just don't know what to do to begin
I'm just wondering, what exercises should I start doing on a regular basis to start with? I currently don't have access to a gym but I might in a couple months so I guess exercises with no equipment, or a small amount of equipment would be preferred. Maybe a specific routine to follow or just a list of exercises for each muscle group?
I have some muscle mass from when I used to work out, never got too into it, really want to get it going now though.
I'm 18years, 5' 8" 138lb btw.

if you want big biceps and pecs train them 3 times a week, you dont need to train anything else. do curls and pushups.
