does my push/pull look ok? did SS and my chest is lagging, pullovers have really been helping me (and DB bench) should i DB bench 3x5 or 4x8? ABxAxBx A Squat 3x5 Press 3x5 DB Bench 3x5 Pullover 4x8 Skullcrusher 4x8 B Power Cleans Deadlift 1x5 Chin-ups/Pull-ups 4x8 BB Curl 4x8 what is a good pulling exercise to add? i feel like i might be using my shoulder joints too much? any advice?
