Hey /fit/ I am currently 5'9 at 153 lbs. I have been bulking for a while, gained at least 20lbs from bulk so far. I want to continue bulking to my goal of 170. However.. At the same time I wish to hit my 170 goal, I also want to increase my speed and stamina to make me a better fighter. I (used to) do lots of cardio heavy things like running/jogs, burpees, punching/jab/kicking exercises, sprints, crunches.. However I haven't done nearly any of these ever since I've been bulking and believe that's part of my success. I still want to continue to gain weight, but I don't want to be able to throw punches for 10 seconds then pass out or have to start walking 2 minutes after I take off on a jog.. Wat do?
