Hey, /fit/, newfriend here. I read the sticky guide and lurked a bit and have a few questions:
>I want to loose belly fat and gain muscle (mostly abdominal, but I need to trum fat first, obviously.) What workout routine should I do to achieve this? Should I do a routine to trim down my fat first and then a routine to build muscle, or do a constant routine at the same time for both? I currently have a skinny-fat body type with very little visible muscle. I am 5'10 and ~150 pounds (I know)
>Those on gears, any drawbacks? I know a guy who I can get some from, but don't want to take any if they are detrimental to my health.

Don't even think about roiding until you have a solid foundation of atleast 3 years of dedicated lifting. Full body routine. Three days per week. Focus on compound movements and muscular balance. Three sets of 8 - 12 reps.
Eat right, sleep plenty, and come back in a year.

You're kinda fat so if I were you I'd start with a cut. Do something like starting strength along with as much cardio as possible and a diet of healthy food that leaves you at a small caloric defecit.
Also, if you're considering roids before even lifting you're a fucking idiot

speaking of those pseudo-gyno nips...
anyone know of an exercise to make them less obvious? I have a slight muscular imbalance (my left side is weaker) and my gyno nip is more obvious on the left side.
I want to get to the end of starting strength before I cut. What can make that fucker less obvious? I've started doing incline bench (8-12 reps) in the hope that that might help.
